Directions: Clean the raw sea moss and soak the sea moss in Spring water/Alkaline water for 12-48 hours. Pour off the water and place the sea moss into a blender.
At this point you can add different fruits into the blender as well. Add more Spring water or Alkaline water into the blender and with fruits if you want and blend for three minutes, or until everything is smooth.
Refrigerate after placing the sea moss into an airtight container, after two hours in the refrigerator, the sea moss gel will thicken.
